QUALIFICATIONS

 

§         Teaching Skills- Managed and assisted in classrooms of developmentally delayed adolescents. Implemented community-based pre-vocational skills, life skills, and social skills programs allowing students to function at levels never seen previously. Noted for interpersonal skills and patience. History of working well with people of all ages, levels of intelligence, and cultures. Assisted students requiring a one-on-one aide to move to the next educational level.

§         Program Planning and Execution-Led and participated in mileau therapy teams in residential treatment facility for emotionally disturbed youth. Designed and implemented successful educational, direct action, electoral and issues campaigns. Managed internal communications (newsletter, phone tree, and meeting facilitation) for issues group of 600. Developed  co-workers and volunteers. Raised funds.

§         Business Management-Own and operate housecleaning business. Experieced with cash control and reconciliation. Designed and executed studies assessing traffic flow, program effectiveness, and employee morale.
