Experiences Summary :

Association for the Help of Retarded Children as a Consumer Service Coordinator - July-2004- till present:

• Work with program participants to develop and implement individual plans.
• Assist participants in achieving outcomes, related to independence, individualization, inclusion and productivity.
• Working with adults with MR/DD in an adult day treatment program, teaching skills in socialization, personal hygiene, independent living and mobility in the program that emphasized community integration.
• Monitoring individual progress and initiating reviews.
• Acting as individual’s advocate and assisting the person with implementation, development, review and revision of services received.

World Vision in Bangladesh : Served among the underprivileged people:

• Overall supervised all the project activities, including staff, yearly planning, monitoring preparing budget for the project.
• Facilitated the community in planning, Implementation, monitoring and evaluation the development group.
• Conducted the awareness buildup training for the women’s on social rights and Monitored and evaluated the program.
• Served as a volunteer leader of YWCA and Church.

Relevant skills:

• Develop Individual Service Plan, outcomes, methodology, monitoring and review.
• Assist to obtain appropriate support and services for the individual.
