Work Experience
I am a highly motivated, skilled and experienced Technical Support and Customer Service Call Center Representative, a just recovered amputee and very skilled experienced former Computer Field Service Technician. I am presently looking for a part-time, work from home, full-time or contract Help Desk/Call Center position with a company that will take advantage of my skill and experience to enhance their workforce. I am a disabled vet and the company that takes advantage of my skills and experience may get government incentives.

Build and support personal computers to customer specs. Setup home and small business wireless and mobile networks, Software installation and support, and Intel microprocessor upgrades. Hardware installation upgrades and support. Former Personal Computer Field Service Technician. In December of 2005 had to discontinue field service because of medical complications with left knee that eventually lead to amputation of left leg at the knee. Presently working as self-employed consultant.

Supported Gateway and Compaq computers including hardware and software support. MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint as well as MS Networks and MS Windows support via call center. Company folded and I was laid off in May of 2000.

Supporting Gateway and AST computers, including all hardware and software issue. Also supported MS Windows. In June of 1997 was totally disabled in automobile accident. In November of 1997 Software Support was purchased by Matrixx Marketing. I was then hired as a senior Technical Support Call Center Representative at Matrixx Marketing.
