Founder, Bi Writers Association, a national organization with international members whose purpose is to provide a networking forum for bi writers, increase awareness of members' writing within the bi community, promote members' writing in the LGBT community, use our word power to dispel myths and stereotypes about bisexuality in both the gay and mainstream press and to help the “gay press” truly become the LGBT press. This association includes writers in all genres including fiction, journalism, plays, poetry, TV and movie scripts, erotica, non-fiction, songwriting etc. Spearheaded the successful campaign to add a bisexual book award category to the Lammys. 2006-Currently.

Organizer , Bi Lines : A Celebration of Bisexual Writing in Reading, Music and Culture . Authors of the bisexual books that took top honors at this year's Lammy Awards, will read from their works. They will be joined by other published Bi Writers Association authors and musical performers in a celebration of bi writing. Co-sponsored by The LGBT Community Center, Lambda Literary Foundation, BiNetUSA, The Bi Writers Association, Whole Foods, Billy's Bakery and The Dish Restaurant in Chelsea.

Organizer/Presenter, Bisexual Speakers Bureau, a New York City Area organization presenting programs at Colleges, Universities, High Schools community organizations and in-service trainings for counselors, psychotherapists, guidance counselors and other professionals. Topics are Understanding Bisexuality, Border Crossings, Famous Bisexuals in History, Activist Toolkit, LGBT Filmmakers Roundtable as well as custom tailored topics by request.

Senior Campaign Leader, Bialogue, a national bisexual education and advocacy organization. Bialogue's mission is to dispel myths and stereotypes about bisexuality, address biphobia and bisexual erasure, educate the public on the facts and realities of bisexuality and to advocate for the bi community. Currently spearheading Bialogue's National Media Education Campaign on Bisexuality and the formation of three new bi professional organizations for bi writers, bi mental health professionals and bi teachers. 2005-2007.

Developed suicide risk assessment guidelines and form for use in HIV pre-test counseling session. Provided stress management component for Peer Educator Trainings. Responsible for delivery of HIV pre-and post-test counseling to prenatal patients of the Childbearing Center with emphasis on risk education.
