Experience

As Executive Secretary to the Director of the Office of Thrift Supervision:

•  Effectively communicated to the Director, executive staff and others on a day-to-day basis when crucial information was needed to facilitate and coordinate the efforts of individuals and/or committees.

•  Composed memos and letters for the Director's signature.

•  Provided information to a variety of outside callers, directing them to the proper office for assistance.

•  As Training Coordinator helped motivate co-workers toward greater achievement by providing them with accurate and current information regarding courses and programs of study. Culminating with a generated report of approved courses as well as completed courses.

•  Efficiently helped EEO investigators to coordinate interviews with agency staff. Served on the committee to organize guest speakers and refreshments for Black History, Pacific Asian, and Native American History functions.

•  Used government credit card in procuring commercial goods and services when required to meet the office mission.
