Computer Associates Princeton, NJ Telecom Technician (2000 -2005)

Responsible for administration and maintenance of local NEC 2400 IPX

voice server and Octel Seranade voicemail systems.

•  Developed a maintenance schedule for the UPS to provide for 24/7

service. This kept the Princeton office productive.

•  Provided support via remote dial-up and over the LAN for NEC

2000, Avaya and Siemens Rolm switches and servers in a nationwide telephone network.
